TERMS OF SERVICE

‘I understand that the use of these facilities and surrounds is entirely at my own risk and the owners of The Movement Centre (JLW Studio and SJ Chiro) and/or their trainers, volunteers and/or staff will not be held liable in any way for any death, sickness, injury, loss and/or disability arising. Please look after the equipment so that we can keep fees affordable.

  • Payments for packages are done one 1st of every month
    for the month ahead

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • All payments are not exchangeable or transferable for
    other services or packages'

FREE TRIAL SESSIONS

  • Your free trial session is only valid for 7 days from date of sign up on the Itensity App

  • No refunds are given if you have missed your free trial period

CLASSES BOOKED

  • If you secure a place in a class and do not arrive, this class will count as one of the sessions you have paid for. You have the capacity to cancel on the app to avoid being charged for classes you are unable to attend

  • You must book in order to gain access to the class on the day. Bookings for classes open ten days before the class takes place. If a class is full, we encourage you to make use of the waiting list (you will be notified if the space becomes available).

  • If you sign up with the intention of attending a particular class but can’t make it that week, you are welcome and encouraged to join a different class on a different day instead. Though classes are often built around specific sports, everyone is welcome

SELECT / CHANGING OR RE-NEWING YOUR PACKAGE

  • Once you have used your free trial session, please contact us to let us know which package you would like to purchase. As admin, we allocate your selected package to your profile account. This will give you access to continue booking according to the restrictions of the package that you have chosen. 

  • Month to month: let us know if you’re keeping the same package or whether you will be changing your package at the end of each month. *Non refundable payment needs to done ahead of the month attended. Month to month dates can vary between members*. You can attend even if you’re injured - we will make a plan to keep you strong around your injury. Keep us in the loop.

  • Let us know if you want to de-activate your account at any stage as we pay for active members. Your account will automatically be de-activated if your account cancellation date has passed. You are able to re-join the app by using the Online Join page. You can alternatively contact us for assistance in re-activating your account.

  • No refunds are given if you decide to change your package

FREEZE OR CANCEL DEBIT ORDER PACKAGE

  • Debit orders are the most hassle free way of being a member at the gym. They require no admin for you on a month to month basis. Please notify us if you prefer this payment method

  • If you have chosen a Debit Order Package and would like to freeze or cancel your debit order, please let us know if by the 14th of the preceding month. This is imperative for admin work flow. Many of these restrictions are out of our hands and rely on the systems that we are using. As a member, this communication is your responsibility.

  • Debit Orders go off on the 1st of the month and are activated and deactivated by request. A debit order that has already gone off will not be refunded
