TERMS OF SERVICE

I understand that the use of these facilities and surrounds is entirely at my own risk and the owners of The Movement Centre and/or their trainers, volunteers and/or staff will not be held liable in any way for any death, sickness, injury, loss and/or disability arising. I understand that I will take care to look after the equipment so that we can keep fees affordable.

Membership Payment:

  1. All payments are non-refundable, without exception.

  2. All payments are not exchangeable or transferable for private medical consultations or equipment purchases. 

  3. View the Noticeboard on my Octiv App for general updates.

  4. Each class package is valid for 1 month only. 

  5. Members will not receive carry-over credits for non-attendance of classes without exception. 

  6. Drop-In class payment is valid for a single class only. 

  7. Debit-Order payments will be debited from my account on the 1st working day of the month

  8. It is the members responsibility to contact The Movement Centre at tmcmedgym@gmail.com by the 15th of the preceding month should the member wish to freeze their Debit Order payment. Failure to do so will result in payment for the following month.

Class Cancellation:

  1. Non-attendance of booked classes results in forfeited package credits without exception.

  2. All class cancellations must be done before 12 hours of the class taking place.

  3. If a class booking is cancelled within 12 hours of the class start time, the member will be charged a credit from their package, without exception.

Digital Waiver:

  1. A digital waiver must be completed on the Octiv App before class attendance, without exception.
