BIOKINETICS

What is Biokinetics?

Biokinetics is a medical profession focused on movement-based rehabilitation and performance enhancement. Biokineticists use exercise as medicine to help people recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve strength and mobility.

Whether you’re rehabbing after surgery, dealing with chronic pain, or aiming to optimise athletic performance, biokinetics offers structured, science-backed solutions for long-term results.
