Rehab & fitness in one space

  • STRENGTH

    PUSH, PULL & HINGE —
65+ THIS IS FOR YOU TOO!

Strength training for real life. Learn to lift with confidence using key movement patterns — hinge, push, pull, squat, and carry — in a supportive, skill-based environment.

Suitable for all levels, including first-timers. Great for rehab, sports performance, general conditioning, pain management, peri- & menopause support, and healthy ageing.

We offer separate sessions for younger and older members, so everyone can train at a pace that suits them.

Build capacity, confidence, and function — for life.

  • KETTLEBELLS

    SWING, PRESS & CLEAN

A more dynamic version of General Strength. Kettlebells demand greater mobility, control, and coordination — especially through the hips, spine, and shoulders.

Ideal for surfers, climbers, and anyone training under high movement demands. Full-body, challenging, and fun — this class builds power, rhythm, and real-world strength. Come ready to learn.

  • RUN

    STRENGTH, AGILITY & BALANCE

A structured class focused on agility, plyometrics, and lower limb strength and control. Designed for trail runners, but ideal for anyone rehabbing a running-related injury or aiming to improve capacity, shock absorption, joint control, or sport-specific performance.

Also valuable for footballers, squash and tennis players — and even dancers or movers wanting more dynamic control and leg drive.

Each session includes a warm-up, skill work, and six focused stations targeting strength, balance, coordination, and single-leg control.

Think of it as a group physio / bio / chiro session — bridging the gap between rehab and performance.

  • SURF

    STRENGTH & MOBILITY

Land-based training for surfers — or anyone wanting to move better across multiple planes. We focus on body awareness, strength through range, explosive leg drive, and rotational power through compression and extension. Expect short reps, a mix of standard and novel movements, and problem-solving exercises using bodyweight, bands, and weights.

Fun, challenging, and surf-relevant — no wave required.

All levels welcome — from entry-level to elite.
Non-surfing athletes also benefit from this class.

  • YOGA

    BODY, BREATH & MIND

A slower-paced class focused on breath, presence, and mobility. Yoga helps regulate stress, build strength and flexibility, and bring balance to body and mind. Ideal for anyone needing a reset between life, injury recovery, or heavier training.

  • PILATES

    TONE, AWARENESS & FLEXIBILITY

Mat-based training for core control, balance, and body awareness. Expect bodyweight work with props like bands, rings, and balls to challenge coordination and breathing. Suitable for all levels and ages. A great entry point into movement, or a useful complement to other training.

  • CLIMB

    STRENGTH, MOBILITY & AWARENESS

Strength and mobility training for climbers — or anyone needing control, stability, and power across wide ranges of motion. Expect movement puzzles, problem-solving, and full-body awareness from fingertips to toes.

It’s part strength, part skill, part strategy — ideal for climbers or curious movers who enjoy a mental and physical challenge.

Run in blocks throughout the year — contact us if you’re keen to join or restart a group.

  • MOBILITY

    MOBILITY, STRENGTH & BALANCE

This is a supportive class, where you can challenge and grow your fitness within a low pressure learning environment. All ages and levels of ability welcome. This class has a priority and preference for those 65 years old and above.
