A high focus, calm exploration of the relationship between climbing and fitness. Create room and get curious about where you’re at and what’s happening to your body while you move on the rock face or in the climbing gym. Applicable exercises will challenge and enhance performance as well as explore any possible imbalances that cause you pain.
