Our classes encourage you to move at your own pace, adjust as needed, and learn how to listen to your body.

STRENGTH

PUSH, PULL AND HINGE — 65+ THIS IS FOR YOU TOO!

This class utilizes resistance bands, weights and body weight exercises to practice and teach push, pull and hinge type movements. The goal is to develop skeletal muscle, bone density and balance which translates to pretty much any sport you might be doing already. We believe that everyone should be doing strength training, as part of their weekly exercise routine for health and well being.

KETTLEBELLS

SWING, PRESS AND CLEAN

Kettlebell class is a high-intensity workout that combines functional, compound exercises such as “the swing,” “the clean” and “the press” that will work multiple muscle groups. Kettlebell training provides many benefits, some being, but not limited to: mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, strength, speed and power.

RUN

RUN, STRENGTH, AGILITY AND BALANCE

A conditioning class for all ability levels focusing on stability, control, agility and performance. Guidance in strengthening muscles complimentary to running, along
with healthy warm up and cool down.

SURF

SURF STRENGTH AND MOBILITY

This class improves your paddle stroke ability, explosive pop ups, and the way you move on your board. Shortboard and longboard surfers
of all levels are welcome and will
be catered for.

CLIMB

CLIMB STRENGTH AND MOBILITY

A high focus, calm exploration of the relationship between climbing and fitness. Applicable exercises will challenge and enhance performance as well as explore
any possible imbalances that cause you pain.

YOGA

CONNECT THE BODY, BREATH
AND MIND

Yoga uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. The health benefits of regular yoga practice may include lowering blood pressure, improved posture and circulation, while
holding a pose can build strength.

PILATES

TONE, AWARENESS AND FLEXIBILITY

Pilates is a form of exercise that can help to develop body awareness and focus, reduce stress, and improve strength and flexibility.
Our classes welcome everybody, of every age. We make use of mat, band, ball and ring exercises.

MOBILITY

MOBILITY, STRENGTH AND BALANCE

This is a supportive class, where you can challenge and grow your fitness within a low pressure learning environment. All ages and levels of ability welcome. This class has a priority and preference for those 65 years old and above.
