Part-Time Physiotherapist
We’re looking for a physiotherapist to join our team from September 2026.
This isn’t a high-volume conveyor belt practice. It’s also not a traditional medical setup where rehab stops with a green theraband.
We’re an MDT movement-focused space where physiotherapy, strength training, rehab, performance and community overlap. Our patients range from the active general population to climbers, surfers, runners and people trying to get back to doing meaningful things well.
The role includes:
Private physiotherapy sessions
Assisting with or running rehab/performance classes
Working closely with our team of Physio’s, Chiropractors, Biokineticists and Trainers
Our rehab/performance classes sit somewhere between end-stage rehab and training. Strength work, movement quality, plyometrics and exercise-based care are normal here.
We care a lot about:
Good clinical reasoning
Honest, non competitive communication
Collaborative care
Movement optimism
Healthy long-term work/life balance
Building a space that staff actually enjoy being part of
We’re probably a good fit if you:
Enjoy working with active people
Think exercise and education matter
Are open-minded and collaborative
Have a sense of humour
Want to keep learning
Want to contribute to something long-term rather than just passing through
Have a sport that you are passionate about yourself
Additional experience in Sports Physio, OMT, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning or coaching is helpful, but personality and team fit matter more than ticking every box.
This role could suit someone:
Growing from a part-time into a full-time role
Balancing work with parenting/study/sport and needs a committed part-time role
Already working elsewhere but wanting to be part of something different
We’re not trying to build the biggest practice. We’re trying to build a really good one, with long lasting and worthwhile relationships.
