This is a supportive class, where you can challenge and grow your fitness within a low pressure environment; in a fun, up-beat learning space. All ages and levels of ability welcome, whether you’re attempting to do your first deadlift or trying to get up from the floor by yourself for the first time in years. This class has a priority and preference for those 65 years old and above.

THE MOBILITY CLASS WAS CENTRAL IN HELPING ME ACHIEVE FULL RECOVERY AFTER MY DOUBLE HIP REPLACEMENT. I FELT WELL-PREPARED & EMOTIONALLY SUPPORTED THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. MY RECOVERY HAS BEEN SMOOTH AND SUCCESSFUL.
