SURF STRENGTH AND MOBILITY

This is a challenging class to improve your paddle stroke ability, explosive pop ups, and the way you move on your board. Different levels are welcome and will be catered for in sessions which revolve around applicable movements in the sport, maintaining your body between the waves, improving your performance, and working life around your sport. Shortboard and longboard surfers welcome. Train between swells, to make sure you’re getting the most from your sessions in the sea.
