Strength training is something that we so often push aside as runners; for just one more run! A conditioning class for all ability levels focusing on stability, control and performance in a fun group format. Guidance in strengthening muscles complimentary to running, along with healthy warm up and cool down options. Hard work that all pays off in the long run.

The Movement Centre has helped me understand & work through injuries of all kinds. The weekly Run Class is a highlight of every Tuesday for me.
